Director of Sales
The Holiday Inn of Manitowoc, an award winning 204 room full service hotel, is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Director of Sales to join our staff.
Job responsibilities include:Prospecting and developing new client accounts in a variety of market segmentsResearching, identifying and solidifying new relationships and business with current key corporate accountsMaking local sales calls to establish the presence and enhance the image of the Holiday Inn of ManitowocEnsuring a high level of customer satisfaction of in-house guestsPreparing reports and budgets as determined by the General Manager
Requirements include:Minimum of two years successful hotel or group sales experience selling to a variety of market segmentsStrong prospecting and closing skills as well as excellent written and oral communication skillsMust be self-motivated and able to achieve goals
