Onsite Team Supervisor The Onsite Team Supervisor will lead a team of onsite employees to meet the needs of both the client and FIS-Field Services home office. Also included would be the immediate control of the onsite teams daily functions, handling administrative functions such as onsite request offs, team and individual onsite growth, and executing of all company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will also train new and existing staff on all onsite related functions including, reviewing loan history and determining if the property is vacant, requires security and/or property preservation, place appropriate work order based upon findings, process the HUD over allowable and research and report expenses related to Property Preservation. Education: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum Requirements: -Strong PC skills and internet navigation skills -Highly organized, detail oriented, good decision and problem solving skills -Good verbal and written communication skills -Previous Alltel, MSP, or FIS Mortgage Servicing system experience preferred, but not required EEO/AA Employer
