Marketing & Sales Director
Job Purpose: Meets marketing objectives to increase sales by developing, implementing and evaulating web based sales and promotion, customer service and care strategies.
Duties:
*Accomploishes marketing and sales by contributing marketing and sales information, preparing and completing action plans, implementing productions.
*Establish web strategy by researching,analyzing and defining customer requirements, identifying target customer,analyzing competitors offerings .
*Provides information by collecting,analyzing,summarizing data and trends .
*Maintains web site by upgrading content and new design and ideas in-house, monitoring customer care .
*Answer customer queries and maintain clients .
Skills: Marketing concepts, sales, client relationship,web graphic design, knowledge of interactive marketing, customer data handling.
